IN-PROCESS/FINAL INSPECTOR

COM DEV USA is actively searching for a motivated and skilled In-Process/Final Inspector to perform the following:

Principal Accountabilities:

• Inspection of in-process and completed passive microwave RF products for proper assembly, dimensions and physical characteristics
• Verify work is performed in accordance with all specifications and inspection instructions.
• Inspection of shipments to ensure compliance with packaging specifications and completion of all documents.
• Perform first article inspection.
• Assist MRB members in validating deficiencies.
• Validate hardware for compliance with engineering instructions.

The successful candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment and preferably in the aerospace industry. The incumbent must also have experience performing the following:

• Ability to perform passive microwave RF product in-process, final, and shipping inspection.
• Conduct related process validation inspection
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification.
• Interpret ASME 14.5 1994 GD&T requirements
• Correct all deficiencies and prepare inspection aids, standards, and documentation.
• Meet the necessary certifications as required.

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
